  • 4 medium Hass avocados soft and ripe
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup yellow onion minced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 4 oz can minced green chilies drained


  • In a medium size bowl mash peeled avocados with a fork.
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine together.
  • Serve immediately or cover tightly by placing plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the mixture and refrigerate for up to half a day.
