Meal planning made simple!

Whether you are going on a pack-trip into the wilderness or a vacation rental at the ski hill, getting the food together is a big job! If you can carry a cooler, then one of my meal plans is for you!

All of my meals are healthy and delicious! Let me help you create the menu and compile the shopping list based on the number of people in your group.

I will guide you in planning meals that are fulfilling, nourishing and fresh, saving you precious time and stress figuring out the shopping list.

  • Depending on your cooking facility, choose either the lodge (with an oven) plan or the backcountry (without an oven).
  • Based on your needs, select the meals your group would like on your journey.
  • Prepare hearty, healthy meals every day!

How it works

  • Create the meal plan you need for up to six days, for three meals a day and snacks.
  • Add the number of people in your group.
  • Once selected, the chosen recipes will configure to your proportions and become part of your digital package.
  • Finally, and best of all, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list that will allow you to de-select or add items, reconfigure, and download as a PDF. You can shop for your supplies yourself or email a local grocery provider for easy pickup or delivery.
  • Once finalized, you will receive the meal plan, recipes, and shopping list in your inbox in just a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder if you have not seen it.
